Sin duda alguna las mejores anchoan que he comido. Y he comido algunas que tienen buena crítica. A final siempre me decanto por ellas. No hay mejor forma de degustarlas que poniéndolas en un pan tostado de su tamaño y tomar un buen vino blanco. Ponerlas con otra combinación para mi sería una aberración. Son bastante buenas como para no saborearlas solas y sin combinar.

Esta elaboración no desmejora la calidad del producto como alguno puede pensar. Es otra forma de comer anchoas. yo tuesto el pan del mismo tamaño que la anchoa y unto con mantequilla de la misma lata. pongo una anchoa y delicia para el paladar. Para paladares muy exquisitos.
