Tendría que venir mejor especificado el tema de la longitud porque en proporción sale muy caro el metro

En líneas generales todo bien, el envío con nacex un poco mal. Ya que te cobran gastos de envío compres lo que compres, no cumplieron el tiempo de 24-48 horas.

Muy buenas Miguel,
en cuanto a los plazos de entrega, debemos aclarar lo siguiente. Hay que tener en cuenta que hiciste el pedido el lunes día 1 de Enero a las 22:51h. Como es lógico, este día no se puede contabilizar a la hora de evaluar el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega. Por otro lado, el martes día 2 de Enero fue fiesta local en Granada (Toma de Granada), ciudad donde reside nuestra sede, por lo que tampoco hubo servicio de mensajería ese día. Esto quiere decir que tu pedido fue recogido por NACEX el miércoles día 3 de Enero, por lo que si te llegó el viernes día 5 de Enero, el plazo de 24/48h en la entrega se ha cumplido.
Está claro que desconocías el dato de la fiesta local en Granada a la hora de evaluar los plazos de entrega de tu pedido, y es por esto por lo que queremos aclararlo.
En cualquier caso, muchas gracias por tu opinión, ya que esta no ayudará a mejorar. La satisfacción de nuestros clientes es lo que nos motiva día a día y es lo que siempre buscamos.
