Fichas en un relativo mal estado (estaban dentro del plástico, pero parecían usadas). Además, estaban pegajosas (nada más sacarlas del plástico en el que vienen tuve que lavarlas todas). Por lo demás todo correcto.

Hola, no hemos recibido quejas anteriores por lo que desconocíamos que le pudiera pasar algo como lo que nos dice, en todo caso, siempre puedo comunicarse con nosotros para realizarle el cambio. Por otro lado, como usted dice, iban precintadas en su recipiente, por lo que evidentemente, las fichas eran nuevas.
