About Aurocha

En Aurocha solo vendemos carne de vaca y buey premium con origen seleccionado, principalmente de Galicia y norte de Portugal, pero también importada. Y te la enviamos a casa envasada al vacío.

Seleccionamos a nuestras vacas una a una en pequeñas ganaderías con una crianza tradicional: hierba fresca y aire puro. Las tocamos una a una y comprobamos su peso, su proporción de grasa y su musculatura. Y, por supuesto, su bienestar en el sitio en el que se crían. Así conseguimos cortes de la mayor selección de razas, con sabores distintos y espectaculares.

Todas nuestras piezas son de las mejores vacas y están tratadas con la técnica dry aged o maduración en seco, con humedad y temperatura controladas. De esta forma conseguimos que sean mucho más tiernas.

Hay pocos placeres como el de probar el corte de una pieza de vaca madurada de 30 a 60 días. Sobre todo, cuando el animal ha crecido libre y cuidado de manera tradicional.
