Hice el pedido el día 22-3-2016 y me llegó el 28-03-2016.... cuando ponía que el envío era de 24 horas.Cuando llamé para reclamar no me cogieron el teléfono ni la tienda ni la compañia de transportes (NACEX) me cogieron el teléfono.Si pagué los 7 €urazos de gastos de envío es porque era 24horas... 24HORAS y no 144SERVIOCIO PENOSO!

Hemos comprobado que los plazos de envío en tu caso se cumplieron correctamente.

No hay servicios de envío cuando son fiestas a nivel nacional como sucedió en tu caso al ser semana santa .

Por ese mismo motivo, nadie pudo atender tu llamada.

De todos modos, no pediste el arnés correcto, pero cuando nos llamaste solucionamos el problema en 24 H, sin ningún coste para tí.

Hemos comprobado que los plazos de envío en tu caso se cumplieron correctamente.

Finalmente no compraste el arnés que necesitabas.

Realizamos el cambio por el arnés correcto, y recogimos el otro sin ningún gasto para tí.

Hola,el producto ha llegado muy rápido y la sillita muy bonita ,lo único que al entrar a la página por primera vez te salía un anuncio que si te inscribias te hacían el 5% y cual fue mi sorpresa que no me dejo hacer la inscripción.Por lo demás muy bien.
