Todo ha sido casi perfecto,la atencion, el envio y el producto de maravilla el pero esta en que en mi caso hubo un fallo cuando me tenian que enviar el producto ya que despues de elegir y pagar la silla de paseo no la tenian en almacen por lo que no llegaria en el tiempo estimado, elegimos otra y con esta si todo muy bien, repetiria

La mochila es muy bonita, original y cómoda de usar por mi peque (le encanta tirarle de la lengua); ella dice que es chula chula. La calidad es estupenda.

El producto y tiempo hasta que llego bien. No me ha gustado nada el embalaje, sin ninguna protección, es un riesgo enviar d esa forma b tan cutre un objeto tan caro.

Hola Javier!, lo sentimos muchísimo, ya hemos comentado varias veces el tema de embalaje en las sillas Römer, sabemos que en algunos modelos han reforzado con forexpan las cajas mejorando así el transporte, pero por lo visto en otras no. Por nuestra parte vamos a volver a insistir. Tienes toda la razón del mundo y nos sabe fatal que te hayas llevado esta impresión.
