Todavía no la hemos usado a fondo, pero sí montado y probado. Es tal cual aparece en la imagen, bonita y elegante. Los acabados son buenos y resulta muy cómoda de manejar (maniobrar, plegar/desplegar). Comparando con otras marcas, tiene una calidad relación precio bastante buena.

El envío fue muy rápido y se correspondió con la fecha de entrega prevista, lo cual es de agradecer.

La atención al cliente mediante los emails de la tienda (bienvenida, seguimiento de pedid, etc) es muy satisfactoria ya que te mantiene informado de cada paso.

Sin duda, os recomendaremos.

Me llamaron para decirme que si quería la black, tenía que esperarme unos días ya que no había y me ofrecieron cambiarla por la misma que hacía conjunto con la barra de apoya pies, y la verdad que cuando la recibí mucho mejor, yo ni me había fijado en el dibujo y de esta manera me hace conjunto.
Además, es muy buena, porque se dobla completamente, incluso hacia arriba y puedes plegar el cochecito en ella sin problemas.

Lo compré antes de las 12:00 de un jueves y lo tenía a la mañana siguiente en casa.
Además, pedí el apoya brazos en negro, y me llamaron de inmediato para decirme que si quería ese me tardaría más días, pero que me podrían ofrecer el que iba a conjunto con el apoya pies del cochecito.

Me he esperado a dar mi opinión ya que tenía un asunto pendiente por el cambio de uno de los componentes y debo decir que la atención al cliente ha sido muy atenta, rápida y no tengo ninguna queja. El envío también ha sido muy eficiente. Estoy muy contenta con la compra y con el trato recibido. Muy recomendable.
