A la hora de hacer el pedido lo que me llevó a seleccionar babykidds fue, al tratarse de un regalo,el dia de entrega que me daban, el cual era el 05/05. Final mente el pedido lo recibí el 08/05 no pudiendo dar el regalo el día de la celebración. El 05/05 intenté contactar con su servicio de atención al cliente sin éxito, y llamando a NACEX ( no creo que el cliente sea quien tenga que llamar) no me dieron ninguna solución

Hola Ivan, tienes toda la razón del mundo, desconocemos ahora mismo el porqué del retraso, antes de hacer tu compra el sistema confirmada que te llegaría el día 5, pero no tenía porqué ser así, el sistema te tendría que haber informado que el día de entrega era el día 8, ya que el 6 y el 7 era fin de semana y no hay entregas. Lo sentimos muchísimo, sentimos muchísimo que no pudieras contactar con nosotros, no es lo normal en nuestro hacer. Como podemos ayudarte a resarcirte de este mal sabor de boca que te ha dejado tu compra en babykidds?. Quedamos a tu disposición y nos ponemos en marcha ahora, dando caña a mantenimiento para que no vuelva a pasar este problema.
