Hola Roberto!, vemos que has comprado el parasol para el Harvey, si es así, se tiene que adaptar perfectamente a tu cochecito ya que ha sido diseñado para este modelo. No obstante, no hay ningún problema si quieres realizar la devolución del parasol, te abonaremos el importe total de tu pedido, más los gastos de envío si los hubiera.

Hola de nuevo Roberto!, nos encantaría poner más información sobre el parasol, pero es eso!, un parasol diseñado para el Harvey, su manejo y montaje es muy sencillo, no obstante tendremos en cuenta tu opinión y solicitaremos adjuntar un manual de instrucciones para el montaje y uso de la sombrilla.

El recambio bien, el original se partió por un sitio muy complicado y todavía no sabemos cómo. Anteriormente también que cambiar los tirantes de sujección.

Hola Marta!, sentimos mucho que se te rompiera, si que al principio hubo algunos modelos en los cuales podía fallar el anclaje del arnes, pero se cambiaban sin coste para el cliente, incluso en modelos con más de 2 años, que es lo que cubre la garantía, estamos seguros de que este no se te rompera!

El día que hice la compra por Internet me dieron una fecha de envío. Al día siguiente recibí notificación en mi correo de q iba a ser entregado tal y como habían dicho y así fue. Todo perfecto y muy rápido. Espero que no se me rompa nada más que ya llevo dos recambios.

Hola,
estoy satisfecha y agradecida con el trato y atención. El pedido llegó bien y el montaje del cochecito ha sido muy fácil. Todavía no le hemos dado uso (hasta que nazca el bebé).
Respecto al capazo, al ir subido en la plataforma, baila bastante con el movimiento y presiento que en terrenos que no sean lisos puede ser un inconveniente. Del resto, no tengo pegas por el momento.
Espero disfrutar de muchos paseos con el cochecito Mosey.

Ha sido fácil y práctico acceder a las ofertas de la tienda oficial. La buena atención del personal por vía telefónica ha sido muy importante para decidrime. Los productos aún no he podido probarlos pero han llegado en fecha y perfecto estado.

En la web dice que el pedido llega en 24h y en nuestro caso no fue así ya que se ve que la primera sillita que iban a mandar tenia una tara y todo se demoró. Pero de todas formas fue muy rápido, 72h.
