Buenos días Pedro, lamentamos que el servicio de envío ajeno a Balnearian no haya sido de su agrado. En nuestra política de envío y devoluciones se especifica: "las entregas de mercancías pesadas o paletizadas se efectuarán a pie de calle, las agencias no están obligadas a subir ni manipular este tipo de mercancías al interior de la vivienda."
