EMPRESA POCO FLEXIBLE CON LAS DEVOLUCIONES

NO SE ME PERMITIÖ el cambio porque dan 14 días para devoluciones y por razones de trabajo no estuve en casa hasta el día 15 cuando probé de montar lo que compré y no me encajaba en el espacio y no me aceptaron el cambio por otro

Buenos días Mónica,
Cumpliendo con la normativa vigente, tiene el derecho de devolver cualquier artículo comprado en Balnearian en el plazo de 14 días naturales desde la fecha de recepción.
Lamentablemente, en su caso, 2 accesorios de baño (un portarrollos y un toallero) la devolución no es posible ya que han pasado más de 14 días desde que el pedido fue entregado y recepcionado por usted.
Lo sentimos realmente, pero la decisión no solo es de Balnearian, nosotros estamos sujetos a las condiciones de devolución del fabricante del producto, el cual no admite devoluciones transcurridos los días establecidos para la devolución.
Si necesita consultar más información puede dirigirse a nuestra política de envíos y devoluciones donde se especifica todo lo expuesto anteriormente.
