Pq no hay menos puntuación, que si no menos os daría, con unnpedido pagado, y me decíais que no, que no había ningún pedido a mi nombre y el dinero descontado de mi cuenta y me decíais que a vosotros no os había llegado a la cuenta, hasta que os llamó mi agente bancario, pq el tpv figuraba a vuestro nombre y no había equivocación posible. Un desastre, no volveré a comprar en vuedtra web nunca más.

Desconocemos el motivo por el que no se generó en el sistema el pedido realizado el día 5/12 (es el único caso que hemos tenido). Desde atención al cliente no tenemos acceso a la plataforma de pago por tarjeta Redsys para confirmar que el pago estaba realizado, en el momento que el contable nos informó del pago, pusimos el pedido en marcha y el día 7/12 tuvo el pedido entregado en su domicilio, en el plazo que especifica el producto, entre 2 y 3 días laborables. Sentimos que aún así no haya quedado satisfecha con la compra. Aunque si esté satisfecha con el producto. Rogamos disculpe las molestias expuestas. Un saludo.

Buenas tardes Patricia, desconocemos el error por el cual no se generó en el sistema su pedido (es la primera y única vez que ha pasado). El dpto. de soporte informático nos confirma que está todo en orden y es totalmente imposible que vuelva a ocurrir. Aunque dicho percance no alteró el plazo de entrega del pedido, rogamos disculpe las molestias ocasionadas. Un saludo.

La atención de Balnearian ha sido excepcional. Sin duda volvería a comprar en esta tienda. Atienden, gestionan y contestan cualquier consulta o petición que les hagas casi de inmediato. Muy contenta con ellos. Con respecto al envio de la mercancía, recibí un correo indicándome que había sido enviada, y al día siguiente me la entregaron.

Buenas tardes. El espejo es ideal pero tiene dos piquitos rotos. El señor q lo trajo de pronto lo dejo en otro piso y nos espero a llegar a casa a pesar de hablar por teléfono. No entiendo por qué pues acabamos de mudarnos y no conocemos a nadie. Hay algo que hacer?
