Buenos días Daniel, las piezas que según indica que han faltado se le han repuesto al instante de su reclamación. Con respecto al manual de montaje lo envía directamente fabrica con la mampara, en este caso, para una mampara fija el fabricante no considera necesario enviar manual de montaje. Es por ello, que se le facilitó el contacto con el servicio técnico del producto para que le dieran las instrucciones de montaje que le hicieran falta. Todo lo que ha estado en la mano de Balnearian se ha realizado. Rogamos disculpe las molestias ocasionadas. Un saludo.

Lo única es que en la descripción del producto también se indica que se puede cambiar la intensidad de la luz y no es así. Tengo otro espejo que sí que lo tiene y es un plus para mí. Cuando me puse en contacto por WhatsApp me contestaron que la intensidad era fría, neutral o cálida. No me parece una contestación profesional por lo que la valoración de atención al cliente se queda en ***.

El espejo está genial y la verdad es que queda perfecto en nuestro baño. Como se puede cambiar el tono de la luz entre fría, neutral o cálida pues lo ajustas a tu preferencia y está muy bien. Lo única es que en la descripción del producto también se indica que se puede cambiar la intensidad de la luz y no es así. Tengo otro espejo que sí que lo tiene y es un plus para mí.
