la tienda online funciona muy bien, el servicio es rápido. lo que me ha sorprendido era la cantidad de cajas. Y la oferta de vinos es muy interesante dado que no son los vinos que hay en la mayoría de las tiendas.

No se respetaron los plazos de entrega, además los vinos estuvieron dos días de reparto en la furgoneta, viernes y lunes, lo que representa una exposición a altas temperaturas, lo que puede afectar su conservación.

Buenas tardes, muchas gracias por su comentario.

Lamentamos lo sucedido con el transporte en la segunda entrega. En el primer pedido hemos comprobado que se entregó en menos de 24h.

Tal y como comentamos telefónicamente, hemos asumido los costes adicionales que supone un cambio de dirección para realizar la entrega lo más rápido posible.

También le ofrecimos el posible cambio de las botellas que hayan podido salir en mal estado por el retraso del tiempo de entrega. Restamos a sus indicaciones.
