Una vez realizado el pedido me llamaron y me dijeron que no habia la talla de lo que solicité. Me dijeron que buscará una alternativa, y una vez confirmada la talla el envío sin problemas.

Doble error en el pedido. La primera vez me faltaban los productos comprados por duplicado (solo incluido uno de cada); al intentar corregir el error confusión de nuevo y dan otro producto en lugar del pedido.

Recomendable 100%. Excelente trato y muy resolutivos. Ante el mínimo contratiempo todo son facilidades. Siempre que voy a Palencia compro en la tienda física, y volveré a comprar también por internet.

No tenian nuestro producto en Stock, y nos avisaron antes por si queriamos que nos devolverian el dinero o esperar 30 dias a que lo fabricasen! Decidimos esperar y en solo 14 dias ya lo teniamos en casa, y encima todo en perfecto estado!! Un 10 en todo

Compre una baby cook… al abrir la caja donde venía envuelta, se notaba que ya había sido abierta ya que la bolsa q normalmente viene sellada, estaba cortada y pegada con celo. El robot de cocina está en perfecto estado, pero debería avisarse al cliente de que ha estado en exposición o lo que sea…

Si eres de Valladolid seguro conoces Bayón y a qué nos dedicamos. Para todos aquellos que no lo sois, os lo contamos. Somos una empresa familiar que fundó nuestro querido abuelo Valentín en 1948. Comenzó siendo una pequeña tienda ubicada en la misma calle en la que continuamos. Más adelante, por problemas de salud de Valentín, toma el timón de la empresa nuestro padre Javier que, junto a nuestra madre Isabel deciden especializarse en el sector infantil. Gracias a su saber hacer, constancia y trabajo nos convertimos en una de las empresas líderes en el sector. A día de hoy estamos al frente Javier, Marta e Isabel. Tres hermanos que, junto con un gran equipo, te asesoramos y acompañamos en este precioso momento que es la llegada de tu bebé. Las dos hermanas tenemos vocación de sanitarias, ambas somos enfermeras, por eso en nuestra tienda también hacemos parte de esta labor; prevenimos y educamos en salud.
