Con la entrega tuvieron un pequeño fallo, ya que cuando me llamaron de que vendrian a montar al dia siguiente, les pregunté a q hora vendrian y me dijeron q no lo sabian, q me llamarian una hora antes de venir. Pues estuve todo el día esperando en casa y se presentaron a las 18h de la tarde y sin avisar, y yo tenía visita con el médico y no pudieron montar, despues de hablar con los comerciales finalmente puderon montar a los dos días siguientes. El servicio al cliente excelente, la atención es inmediata y son muy amables. Con el producto en sí estoy muy contenta, pero considero q tardan bastante en entregartelo, aunque ya te lo advierten los comerciales. Tambien he detectado q la cuna tiene varios golpecitos, q despues de toda la espera del tema del montaje y de la inversión de tiempo y dinero da bastante rabia.

Comentarte que entendemos que se te haya hecho largo todo el proceso, pero los plazos de entrega de la cuna se han cumplido de acuerdo con las fechas (aprox. 2 meses) que te dimos cuando se formalizó la venta hace menos de 2 meses.
Por otro lado, si la cuna tiene algún defecto, te ruego lo pongas en nuestro conocimiento (no sabíamos nada) para poder subsanarlo y dejarlo todo correcto lo antes posible.

Es preciosa! Y aísla muy bien del frío suelo. Se puede doblar y ocupa relativamente poco espacio, mucho más fácil de guardarla que otras alfombras
