En el chat no dan razón respecto de la información que no aparece en la pagina de envios, no hay una solución a las dudas e inquietudes, ahora los tiempos de entrega no se respetan y tampoco informan el por que no es así, tenia unas expectativas muy altas y no han sido cumplidas.

He comprado por primera vez en Belleza Brasil y ha sido muy buena mi experiencia. El producto excelente, y la entrega en el plazo acordado.
Una sugerencia, mejorar la comunicación con el cliente, apenas hace el pedido, para que tenga la tranquilidad de que su pedido ha sido recibido y esta en proceso de ser enviado. Por lo demás, excelente, por ello mi calificación.
