El último pedido tardo 10 días en llegar por que estaban de vacaciones, pero a mi no me avisaron hasta que no hice el pedido. Cuando pregunte por la web por que me iba de viaje, me respondieron con muy pocas ganas que como ponía en el pedido tardaría 10 días. No se si volveré a repetir por la simpatía y la demora del envío.

La verdad que un desastre, compré una botella de 1000ml de Alisado de keratina, me enviaron un producto diferente al que yo había pedido, cuando llamé para pedir explicaciónes me dijeron que no había existencias y que me habían enviado otro, pero que era lo mismo, el mismo resultado y de hecho “más bueno”
