Buenos días Rita Maria,

En los envíos a Canarias el número de Documento Fiscal (DNI/NIE/Pasaporte) es una exigencia de Aduanas y sin ello no podemos realizar el envío. Desde la fecha de tu pedido hemos intentado comunicarnos contigo a través de e-mail y teléfono en diversas ocasiones solicitando el DNI, pero has tardado varios días hasta que nos contestaras. Tan pronto como nos facilitaste la información requerida tu pedido fue envido.
En cualquier caso, nos sabe fatal que no hayas tenido un retraso en tu pedido así que te sugiero que en los próximos pedidos no te olvides de facilitarnos el número de documento y que estés atenta a nuestros e-mails donde enviamos información importante referente a tu pedido.

Compre unos productos de Kativa el alisado brasileño y me fue estupendo!! Lo único malo que puedo decir es que al llegarme mi producto vino en mal estado la caja como rota se caían los productos por debajo y estaba como manchada de algún producto químico con pegotes secos vamos que la presentacion un 0, lo demás todo perfecto.

Mi compra ha sido la peor experiencia, hice un pedido el dia 21 de diciembre y lo recibí a mediados de enero. No hay comunicacion entre comerciales y atencion al cliente o pedidos. Ademas cuando por fin llegó faltaban dos productos y un expositor que me habian confirmado por email que me enviarían. cuando reclamé me dijeron que esos productos estaban descatalogados y que me devolverían el dinero y aún estoy esperando el reembolso. El número de móvil es una exigencia de las empresas de mensajería y sin ello no podemos realizar el envío. Desde la fecha de tu pedido hemos intentado comunicarnos contigo a través de e-mail y teléfono fijo en diversas ocasiones solicitándolo, pero has tardado varios días hasta que nos contestaras. Tan pronto como nos facilitaste la información requerida tu pedido ha sido reanudado y envido.
En cualquier caso, nos sabe fatal que hayas tenido un retraso en tu pedido así que te sugiero que en pedidos futuros estés atenta a nuestros e-mails donde enviamos información importante referente a tu pedido.
En relación al producto ZERO FRIZZ de Kativa: el producto se ha descatalogado por el fabricante. Cuando realizaste el pedido lo teníamos en estoque, pero al pasar tantos días desde la fecha de compra hasta que nos facilitaste la información completa obligatoria tu pedido se canceló.
