Te agradecemos que nos hayas dejado tu mensaje porque así nos das la oportunidad de identificar fallos y buscar mejorarlos. Nos sabe fatal que no hayas recibido tu pedido a tiempo, hemos comprobado con la empresa de mensajería y nos han dicho que no pudieron entregarlo debido a un error del conductor. Sentimos que en este caso no hayamos podido cumplir con nuestro plazo de entrega y estamos en contacto con nuestra empresa de transporte para evitar que vuelva a suceder.
