El producto perfecto, estoy muy contenta pero lo compre un martes porque decía que en 48-72h llegaba a casa si se compraba antes de equis hora y yo lo hice eporque lo necesitaba ese mismo viernes. Total que estoy muy cabreada porque me ha llegado una semana y pico más tarde. Nada de lo que se prometió se ha cumplido con respecto al envio

Es la primera vez que compro en esta web. La atención al cliente fue buena, a través del chat en tiempo real, donde me resolvieron las dudas que tenía.
De todos modos, inmediatamente después de formalizar la compra, me di cuenta de que la dirección de entrega que había quedado registrada era errónea, hablé con compañeros suyos para que me cambiaran la dirección de entrega (1 minuto después), y no lo hicieron, ni siquiera me han respondido a los e-mails. Y ha supuesto un inconveniente para mi tener que desplazarme hasta la dirección errónea para recoger el paquete.
Además, el paquete lo recogí roto y con los productos prácticamente fuera.
