Envío por Seur urgente 6 euros.
Dicen que me devolverán la diferencia con envío ordinario aunque a mi ya no me interesaba, porque si no era urgente habia páginas más baratas.

Pedí un producto, porque me interesaba que llegase urgente (pague 8,5 € por ello).
Me llegó a los 6 dias. Contacte con atención al cliente y me dijeron que devolverán la diferencia con envío ordinario. Volví a contactar diciendo que ya no me interesaba el producto si llegaba tan tarde, y que tenía que hacer para devolverlo sin ningún coste porque entiendo que es fallo de ellos.....todavia estoy esperando que me respondan.
El producto llegó bien, 24 euros + 4 envio, mas caro que otra página 13 + 4. En fin me lo quedé, y espero me devuelvan los cuatro euros de diferencia porque dicen que tardarían.

No me ha llegado el pedido aún, he mandado correo electronico a atencion al cliente y me han dicho que el pedido se ha extraviado desde la tienda a correos , que me lo vielven a mandar el Martes 12 o el Miercoles 13, cuando lo reciba opinaré de nuevo.

Ha pasado más de una semana y aún no he recibido el pedido, he llamado más de 50 veces a los dos Telefonos que facilitan y nadie me ha contestado, se han limitado a enviarme un mail hace tres dias de que el pedido me llegaría 24/48h, y aún nadaespero que llegue el lunes... desde el 30 de agosto ya está bien!
