Sólo he puesto tres estrellas a envío porque se les olvidó de meter en el paquete uno de los productos y he puesto cinco estrellas a atención al cliente porque después de llamar una sola vez me han solucionado el problema.

Nos consta que Correos ha intentado realizar la entrega en más de una ocasión pero no estabais. Lo lograron tras dos días de intentos. Desde nuestra parte, preparamos e enviamos el pedido el mismo día de la compra. Lamentablemente por no encontrar a nadie en la dirección de envío la entrega tardó un poco más. En cualquier caso, en más del 90% de los casos las entregas se hacen antes de completar las 72h.

Los cepillos PACK TERMIX PROMOCION 5 C·RAMIC LATA se han agotado y descatalogado. Los fabricantes lo han remplazado por PACK 5 CEPILLOS TX COLOR C-Ramic Rosa Pink Yarrow que tiene un color muy similar y todas las demás características son idénticas. Además, los nuevos cepillos son más caros de los que pediste y los hemos enviado sin costes adicionales. En cualquier caso te recordamos que dispones de 14 días para devolver el pedido en el caso de no estar satisfecha.
