Te escribimos porque todavía tenemos pendiente de recibir de Brasil las cargas de K3 . El importador está intentando solucionar el retraso en las importaciones pero todavía no tenemos una fecha exacta prevista para la llegada de la mercancia.

Te ofrecemos una de las siguientes soluciones:

1. Te quedas con lo que recibiste...
2. Un reembolso y recogemos el producto.

Me parece muy buena tienda en todos los productos calidad, precio, lo que no me gusta es lo que tarda en llegar el pedido, ya que lo hice un lunes y me tardo en llegar una semana entera cuando en otras tiendas lo hice el mismo dia y el miercoles ya lo tenia en casa, por lo demas todo perfecto.
