El envio muy mal. Lo pedi el dia 15 y hoy me ha llegado un mensaje como que lo tengo en correos. El producto aun no puedo opinar. Pero ya lo he usado otras veces y me encanta.

Nos gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad pera recordarte de que cuando realizas un pedido y eliges el envío a una oficina de Correos debes estar pendiente del aviso que enviamos por SMS donde informamos que el pedido está disponible para recogida.Además, cuando realizamos el envío también enviamos un correo electrónico y así sabes que en un par de días tu pedido tiene que llegar.

Ojalá os hubiese encontrado antes. Llevo mucho tiempo comprando productos de Novex en una tienda en mi pueblo que me cobraba casi el doble. Ahora que os he conocido ya compraré aquí siempre. Y además tenéis la linea completa de Novex...=) Mi pedido ha llegado rápido...En resumen, estoy encantada!
