El envio, la calidad y los precios es la mejor tienda online sin duda! Atención al cliente no me gusta ya que mande un mensaje y no te contestan nunca! Por cierto para el gran lío que nos hacemos todas a ver si puedo ser de ayuda... Pago Contrarembolso te lo mandan a la direcion de tu casa... Pago con Tarjeta te lo mandan a la direcion de correo más cercana... Eso si pides un lunes y el miércoles lo tienes allí!

Gracias por tu comentario. Nos estás ayudando a mejorar y a aclarar una duda que otros usuarios también pueden tener.

La forma de pago no tiene ninguna relación con el lugar de envío. Puedes eligir pagar como te vaya mejor (tarjeta/transferéncia/paypal/contrareembolso) y luego eliges si quieres que te enviemos a una oficina de correos o a tu domicilio.

A la hora de finalizar la compra la opción que sale marcada de forma automática es la de envío a la oficina de correos más cercana a tu dirección, pero justo abajo está la opción de envío a domicilio. Lo único que tienes que hacer es cambiar a la opción de abajo.

Buenos días Emilia,

Tal y cómo informamos en el mensaje anterior debes de sacar fotos de la caja y de los productos e enviarnos inmediatamente a la dirección de correo electrónico [email protected]. Si al recibir el bulto ves que se ha vertido el líquido debes de rechazar la recepción del mismo y avisar al transportista el motivo del rechazo. En cualquier caso quedamos a la espera de recibir las imagenes para solucionar la incidéncia lo antes posible.

Muy contenta con la compra. El envío ha sido en tiempo y forma correctos. Los productos me encantan. Mi pelo es ondulado y suelo tener las puntas un poco erizadas , nunca consigo tener los rizos bien definidos. Estos productos han mejorado considerablemente ese aspecto. Seguiré comprando. Gracias
