Soy profesional de peluquería y estética y no volveré a pedir más en esta página. Necesitaba un producto para una clienta y pagué gastos de envío para que me llegara a tiempo y no cumplieron con los plazos. Aún así me puse en contacto con ellos varias veces a la semana durante 1 mes entero a través de vía telefónica y vía e-mail (al que me facilitaron por teléfono). A día de hoy no he recibido respuesta a ningún e-mail y por teléfono tampoco me han sabido solucionar nada. Tras más de un mes insistiendo (varios días a la semana) ya he desistido en el intento al ver que no ha servido de nada todas las veces que les he explicado mi problema con ellos y nadie ha dado respuesta ni solución. Nunca me había pasado una cosa así con ninguna página ni con ningún comercial. Estoy muy descontenta e indignada. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Nos gustaría que supieras que preparamos cada uno de nuestros pedidos con todo el cariño y cuidado para que lo recibas en perfectas condiciones e en el plazo pactado. Todas las cajas salen impecablemente preparadas desde nuestro almacén y así deben de llegar a su destino. Hacemos lo posible para que fallos en el transporte no ocurran, aún así pasan en raras ocasiones.
