Ordené dos potes de skala los cuales llegaron sin problema, un tónico de ajo que llegó roto pero reemplazaron por 2 pequeños y este shampoo nunca llegó, me llegó uno que era para cabellos tratados químicamente ??‍♀️ me comuniqué pero no hubo tanto éxito en entender lo que pasaba. Los productos Skala en sí, son muy buenos, los vengo usando ya hace 3 años.

Péssimo serviço, até hoje não recebi minha encomenda, nem a solicitação de devolução do valor pago, enviei dezenas de e-mails, telefonei e nunca obtive resposta. A empresa de vocês na minha boca vai virar merda pois vou me dedicar a espalhar o tipo de (des)serviço que vocês dizem ter, e se está empresa for a falência por isso, menos mal.
