Trato excelente y envío igual. Para mejorar? Reducir la envoltura de los productos, ya que van metidos en el sobre de plástico de correos, aún así voy a reutilizar vuestras bolsitas de papel que me encantaron. Pero creo que se podría prescindir de ellas. Las camisetas son una maravilla, estoy deseando que llegue el buen tiempo para ponermelas!

Gracias Cristina, el envoltorio de correos es obligatorio, nos los facilita la empresa de transporte para hacer los envíos. El resto del embalaje, como verás, es ecológico, reusable y/o reciclado. Un saludo de todo el equipo bichobichejo :-)

Hola,
He recibido mi pedido dentro de un plazo normal.
Lo único es que hice la compra pensando que el color era un azul oscuro por cómo se aprecia en la foto.
Y en la descripción del artículo tampoco indica el color.
Ahora al recibirlo he visto que es negro.
Se debería de indicar en la descripción el color de la prenda, sobretodo si la imagen da lugar a equivocaciones.

Todo genial. Pedí que no usaran plástico en el envío y, aunque me avisaron de que correos obliga a usar bolsa plástica por fuera, me lo empaquetaron en una caja de cartón y me llegó sin bolsa, así que genial!!

Aun no he recibido el pedido realizado el 9 de enero, y aunque se me informó que faltaba un producto, tuve que preguntar yo por el pedido para que se me informara.
Por lo demás todo estupendo, en un pedido anterior el envío fue rápido.
