Es un repuesto para nuestra cafetera Ascaso, que es lo unico que se le ha roto (de tanto uso) en un montón de años. Acertamos con el repuesto necesario gracias a las indicaciones del vendedor y la colocamos sin problemas siguiendo sus instrucciones.

En la web no se ve bien el tamaño y es muy grande. No me sirve, pero me cuestan más los portes que la pieza, así que la tiraré y no la pondré. No compro otra porque no me fio de que valga.

Esta pieza va alojada dentro del soporte, se ve desde fuera, quizás por eso la ve mas grande porque no se puede poner desde fuera, en realidad para montarla hay que desmontar todo el calderin y colocarla. La junta tiene el mismo procedimiento.

Rapidez en la respuesta y en el envío, pero precio algo elevado, sobretodo si necesitas más de un envío por imprevistos (muy esperables) durante la reparación.

Los envíos son por cada pedido, pero si por error un cliente hace dos pedidos el mismo dia de 2 piezas por error solemos devolver el importe de un envío.

Comparado con el original me ha parecido demasiado tosco en su factura, como de impresora 3D a baja resolución.
Por su parte, la ducha modelo antiguo presentaba los orificios parcialmente obstruidos como por restos de cal.
Por algun malentendido al teléfono he pagado 5,29 euros en el segundo envío, cuando creí entender que podía evitarlo.

Esta pieza esta imprimida en 3D y el resultado es suficiente para su uso pero no tiene el acabado final comparado con una pieza que se ha diseñado con un molde específico. La ducha es nueva, es posible que tenga algo de polvo del almacén pero nunca cal. Usted realizó 3 pedidos, los 2 primeros los fusionamos en uno y le devolvimos el importe de un envío pero el tercer pedido lo realizó despues de 3 o 4 dias y le tuvimos que cobrar otro envio al ya estar enviado el primero. Gracias.

Envío muy rápido y los recambios funcionan estupendamente. He recuperado mi mejor cafetera! Podía haberlo pensado antes, la verdad. No considero baratas las piezas, 27€ por una chapita, un aro de goma y dos tornillos, pero imagino que siendo de una cafetera antigua no se puede exigir mucho. A esos precios la cafetera entera debería valer 1000€! Sumado al envío salen 32,5€, que vaya vaya. Espero que me dure muchos años más. Gracias y perdón por la 'crítica', pero la cosa económica está como está. Saludos.

Envío rápido, recibido al día siguiente, pero excesivamente caro para una pieza tan pequeña que se puede enviar en un sobre.

Lamentablemente los costes de envío cada vez estan mas caros, vale igual enviar esa pieza pequeña que enviar otra un poco mas grande, el gasto de combustible y de traspostista es el mismo. Lamentamos su malestar.
