Lamentablemente, su solicitud de devolución no pudo ser aceptada debido al incumplimiento de los términos que fueron aceptados al momento de la compra. A pesar de haber sido notificado al respecto, se le ofrecieron tres opciones alternativas. No obstante, hasta la fecha no hemos recibido su respuesta.

He hecho una devolución por talla excesiva y se niegan a reabonarme el importe ya que puse la etiqueta de devolución directamente sobre la caja y ello se considera una vulneración de la politica de devoluciones. Para que me devuelvan los zapatos me hacen ahora abonar 9€ adicional. Abuso total. Lastima. El producto me gusta...iba a compraros potencialmente bastantes modelos en los próximos años. Así se pierde a un cliente

São muito flexíveis e tem espaço para o pé. No entanto no primeiro uso magoou a canela do meu bebé, penso que foi do velcro que estava saído, cortei o excesso para não roçar quando ele anda e não voltou a fazer ferida.

Servicio de devolución inexistente. Si se os ocurre comprar algo con la posibilidad de devolverlo, buscad otra tienda con la política de devoluciones más amplia.

Buenos días.

Sentimos su desagrado pero en calzadobarefoot.com el cliente puede ejercer plenamente su derecho de desistimiento, siempre que se cumplan las políticas de devolución claramente especificadas, en donde se indica la siguiente condición:

“El producto tiene que llegar en perfectas condiciones (no usado, no lavado, con sus etiquetas, sin arreglos) en su envase original, además deben ser devueltos de forma que estén protegidos. Si se recibe una devolución sin protección (bolsa o caja) con la etiqueta de Correos directamente pegada en ella, no se aceptará la devolución”

En su caso particularmente, su devolución no cumple los requisitos de desistimiento ya que el producto presenta signos evidentes de uso, manchas y rozaduras en la suela, motivo por el cual este producto ya no es apto para la venta.
