Encantada con la atencion recibida cuando consulte por telefono y el rapido envio de los articulos.
No pongo 5 estrellas al articulo porque pidiendo 2 pares de zapatos del mismo modelo y numero,un par me quedaba pequeño.Sin problema me lo cambiaron por un numero mayor pero de otro color,que me llego al dia siguiente. Me queda un poco holgado y el tinte/ color de este modelo tiene un defecto en uno de los zapatos, pero bueno, puede pasar.

Atención y servicio inmejorable.
Intenté comprar unas botas en Cádiz de forma presencial y por un problema urgente no pude.
Contacte con la tienda por teléfono, el artículo no estaba en la web y a través de fotos por WhatsApp dimos con el artículo y me lo enviaron a Madrid.

Hice un pedido en el que me aseguraron que llegaría antes de reyes, y el compromiso no se ha cumplido. La calidad del articulo por tanto no puedo valorarla. Estoy muy defraudada. Pienso que el transportista no cumple las expectativas.

Estimada Ana. Entendemos la frustración y el enfado que estas circunstancias generan, pero tras ponernos en contacto telefónico contigo, te facilitamos el número de seguimiento de Correos Express en el que figuraba la fecha del envío el 27 de Diciembre y que el artículo se encontraba en destino y desconocíamos por qué no se había entregado. Lamentamos que la compañía logística no haya cumplido su palabra de entrega, aunque debemos decir que sólo hemos tenido esta incidencia de no entrega a tiempo estas Navidades. Desde PAYMA enviamos el artículo el mismo día del pedido, pero lamentablemente estas cosas pasan con las mensajerías, aunque a Dios gracias, cada vez menos. Un saludo y esperamos que disfrutes de tus zapatos aunque no hayan podido llegar a tiempo.
