Muy contenta en general, porque apesar de que uno de los pares venía defectuoso, enseguida me resolvieron el problema, por lo que valoro mucho la atención al cliente, un 10! Seguiré comprando en esta tienda. Este modelo de zapato me encanta, es muy cómodo y flexible, ideal para caminar.

No estoy contento con el pedido no corresponde la calidad que dicen con el producto
Tube que cambiar por otra talla y bien pero me mandan la marca de otro proveedor y marcado bastante más barato en fin descontento con la calidad y como se quedan no están bien diseñados no quedan bien un saludo

Solo remarcarle que este es uno de los modelos más vendidos y no hemos recibido queja hasta la fecha de falta de calidad o defectos de fabricación. No me enviaron el pedido, después de haberlo pagado, porque decían que no tenían existencias. Y al ir a comprarlo de otro color ya lo habían subido de precio

Estimada Hortensia. Si su pedido no ha sido enviado tras haberlo pagado es porque probablemente la última unidad no estaba en condiciones de ser enviada de ahí que no se le ha podido enviar. En caunto a los precios, no entendemos el problema. Este modelo lleva desde antes del verano rebajado de precio de 44,99 a 25 euros. En cualquier caso lamentamos que su experiencia de compra en PAYMA no haya sido del todo satisfactoria. Un saludo
