Recibí el producto dentro de la fecha que me informaron, y la verdad es que ha quedado genial en mi nuevo baño. Por otra parte, no me pareció barato, y la categoría de los materiales podría ser mejor, pero aun así seguramente repitiría en mi elección.

Tapa de buena calidad, pero al ser universal se mueve constantemente de su sitio ya que no trae los anclajes fijos para una sola postura y no hay manera de que quede fijada al sitio que quieres, cada vez que te dientas se mueve. Es una pena.

Me vendieron una tapa wc y me la entregaron en 48 horas y cuando llegó estaba rota, me la recogieron sin problema pero debía esperar 60 días para recibir otra porque según ellos trabajan sobre pedido en fábrica y no tienen stock. Entonces, porqué la rota tardó 48 horas? Me la abonaron pero perdí mucho tiempo
