Es muy parecida a la original. Cambian los anclajes. Como no habia stock esperamos unas 6 o 7 semanas en recibirlo. Pero llego muy bien y estamos muy contentos.

Tengo mis dudas de que sea original puesto que no se ajustan bien los tacos de plástico que trae con los orificios de la taza. Estos son más anchos que el taco
taco y por más quque aprietes los tornillos queda holgura

Hola, se tarda debido a que hay veces que no hay stock del producto que pide y mandamos a fábrica para hacer ese modelo pedido. Por eso, siempre notificamos al cliente que va a tardar "X" días en estar el producto disponible y preguntamos si están de acuerdo. Lamentamos que le haya tocado a usted esperar tanto.

Buenas tardes,

El pedido tardo mas de lo previsto y la tapa del baño es de bastante mala calidad. Esta instalada hace unas semanas y ya se mueve de los dos anclajes. No la recomendaría.

La verdad que no volvería a comprar una tapa de las mismas condiciones.

Hola Raimundo, lamentamos que le ocurra esto y sobre todo enterarnos por aqui , le ruego apriete bien los tornillos para que no se muevan ya que estas tapas las vendemos en grandes cantidades y todos los clientes quedan muy contententos. si al final no consigue instalarla bien, le rogamos se ponga en contacto con nosotros y nos mande un video de lo que le ocurre y con total seguridad quedara solucionado.

Después de llamar por teléfono y pedir información sobre la tapa del WC y decirme que es mejor la más cara, no se ajusta como la original por culpa de los herrajes. Me mandan otros herrajes universales y realmente no me gusta como queda. Si lo hubiera sabido igual hubiera comprado la más económica.
