Toda la transacción y el envío han sido muy eficientes. Del producto aún no puedo opinar, pues cuando me llegó, tuve que salir al poco tiempo de viaje y lo hube de guardar en conservación, para cocinarlo en mejor ocasión. Cuando esto se haya producido les trasladaré con gusto mi opinión.

en primer lugar, si has recibido tu carne, en segundo lugar han estado 2 veces en su casa, le han llamado muchas veces, tenemos todos los registros de llamadas, entiendo su descontento con la agencia, pero esto es perecedero, tambien es responsabilidad del cliente recoger la carne, nosotros si usted no recoge la carne por que no quiere no podemos hacernos cargo, espero que encuentre otra web para comprar esta carne y que no tenga problemas, por nuestra parte no vamos a venderle nada mas, muchas gracias

Lamentable, el pedido no se entrega. Los mensajeros no llaman, llaman a la misma hora de la entrega, en la puerta, no pueden volver. Dicen que han estado el día antes pero no es así, tampoco llaman. La empresa no se hace cargo. Te dicen que vayan a buscarlo a un polígono. Horrible. Te cobran 70 euros en carne que no vas a recibir.
