El corte gordo es de un centímetro para que lo sepa la gente. El fino es de 5mm pero se desmorona por ser tan tierna. Por cierto, a mi hijo le encanta.
Para hacer carne a la piedra recomiendo el corte fino.
Para hacerte un entrecot el corte gordo.
Para la barbacoa el corte supergordaco.

La parte positiva: Aún no los he probado pero si puedo adelantar que tienen buena pinta. Y como la carne es excepcional pues estarán como poco cojonudos.

La parte negativa: Si el costillar tiene un precio de 8,50€ e inmediatamente abajo especifica que el kilo te sale a 6,60€ por kilo, tal cual pone. Como explicamos que cada costillar que he recibido pese clavadito un kilo. Me falta chicha por algún lado.

Que la carne sea muy buena no justifican estos fallos que ensucian la ilusión con que recibo el pedido.
