El problema que he tenido yo es que solicité el envío a la agencia de reparto, para ir a buscar yo el producto posteriormente. Pedí que me llamaran en el momento que llegara el pedido. Esto no fue así, y solamente recibí el aviso, 2 días después, de carnes El VAlle conforme la agencia les había dicho que se habían intentado poner en contacto conmigo, sin éxito. Esto no fue verdad, y así lo expresé.
Yendo inmediatamente a la agencia, vi que el producto todavía estaba en buenas condiciones a pesar de estar ya 2 días allí. Pero eso no es lo deseable, sobretodo en verano. Por tanto, espero que se diga a la agencia que esto no se vuelva a repetir, y que la agencia sea honesta cuando afirme que han intentado localizar a un cliente.

En general bien, pero después de hacer el pedido y pagarlo, se ponen en contacto conmigo diciéndome que no tienen, creo que debería de estar actualizado el stock, pero me espere una semana y me llegó bien, aunque el peso un poco escaso, pero en general bien. El trato vía wasap muy profesional.
