Buena carne, me gustaría piezas mayores para horno. En general me falta la posibilidad de carne picada para poder hacer hamburguesas de toro, El toro de lidia me parece el vacuno más sabroso en carnes sin maduración. Me encantaría un recetario con esta carne como protagonista, aunque fuesen aportaciones de clientes.

Despues de leer diversos tipos de opiniones, me decidi a realizar un pedido de un rabo de toro de lidia. Para ser sincero tenia cierta desconfianza.
Tengo que dcir que en mi caso el pedido fue recibido en perfectas condiciones, tanto el etiquetado de calidad como el embase. Eso si es imprescindible que a la recepción del producto haya siempte alguien permanentemente en casa pues se trata de un alimento que viene refrigerado y no puede estar de un lado para otro. La calidad del producto excepcional, tal como indican es csrne de lidia y no ternera. Gracias por el sevicio pues fue rapido y correcto...
