Es un zapato muy bonito y cómodo. Mi hija no se los quiere quitar, llevan mucho trote y siguen en muy buen estado.. El servicio fue estupendo, llegó antes de lo previsto. Ya he comprado en otras ocasiones y me gusta el trato recibido.

“Muy mala experiencia. Recibí los zapatos con el número equivocado, error de la tienda. Los necesitaba para un evento y, por falta de tiempo, no pude cambiarlos. No ofrecieron ninguna solución ni devolución del dinero. No volveré a comprar aquí y no lo recomiendo

Hola. Gracias por su opinión.
Es muy triste cuando se dicen palabras así y mas aun cuando son falsas…
Lo único cierto es que el número estaba equivocado.
El resto es falso.
La talla estaba errónea, el fabricante había envasado una talla menos de la que se indicaba fuera.
Nos contactó un martes.
Ese mismo martes le respondimos que probara el producto y que si le estaba justo le hacíamos el cambio.
No obtuvimos respuesta hasta una semana después y sorprendentemente diciéndonos que había usado el producto y que como le estaba pequeño que quería devolverlo o cambiarlo.
Es importante la honestidad.
Si nos hubiese contestado el martes o el miércoles tendría el par cambiado en casa.
No lo hizo, estrenó el que tenia en casa sin decirnos nada y posteriormente quería una compensación económica.
