Compré varias veces, pero ya no creo que vuelva a comprar. Cuando tienes que hacer una devolución ahí surge el problema. Antes de hacer pedido, pregunto por WhatsApp como talla ese modelo, me dicen que igual que otro del que mando foto. Pues bien cuando llega, amplio por todos lados, así que no, no tallan igual. Pago por el envío y pago por la devolución. Pregunto cuando viene el mensajero para pedir ese día libre ya que al no decir franja horaria hay que estar en casa, me dicen al día siguiente, pido libre, el día siguiente todo el día en mi casa y no vino. Llamo a la mensajería de Alicante y me dicen que chispasitos les dijo que hicieran la recogida dos días después, pues nada muchas gracias los demás también trabajamos...no compro más por tener que pagar dos veces envío y devolución, cuando antes pregunté además por el tema mensajero.

Hola!

Es muy fácil criticar y dejar en evidencia empresas. Se nos da genial. Todas sus dudas fueron resueltas por WhatsApp.
No ha pagado nunca dos veces el envío… ha pagado la devolución como todos los clientes.

En cuanto al tema de pedirse un día libre hay muchas opciones: cambiar la dirección, llevar usted el paquete, poner la dirección de otro familiar… nosotros no podemos condiciones a la empresa para recoger.

Pero siempre que se tiene que devolver algo la empresa la mala y la responsable…

Que tenga un buen día y esperamos que no pague su mal día con otra empresa. Paz y amor

El producto no tiene puntera. Es así. Otros productos como nuestro modelo Pluma tiene puntera de goma.

Se puede reparar fácilmente con tinte reparador.

Buena relación calidad - precio. La suela es flexible aunque no son los más flexibles que ha tenido. La piel es muy blandita y se le adapta muy bien al pie, pero lógicamente también se marcan rápido los puntos de flexión. En general contenta con el zapato.
