Tras varios años comprando en su web tuve un problema con un producto cuyo tallaje venia mal en la página web y obviamente me hicieron pagar el cambio alegando absurdeces como que la medida no se refiere a la plantilla sino al espacio "útil". Si es así que lo especifique debidamente. He realizado otros cambios cuando el fallo es mío pero está está vez me da rabia asumir un coste que no me corresponde. Además desagradables desde el primer email. Es decir si no tienes problema bien. Pero servicio postventa lamentable.

Hola! Gracias por su reseña. Después de intercambiar gran cantidad de emails vemos la sorpresa de esta reseña... En todos y cada uno de sus emails le hemos explicado correctamente el porque de la diferencia de tamaño. Pero vemos que no ha sido suficiente... Según indica el pie para el calzado mide 13,8cm. La plantilla del producto recibido mide 14,5cm siendo el espacio interno útil 15cm. Es decir, le sobra 0,7cm de plantilla y 1,2cm reales dentro del zapato. Por lo tanto como ya le hemos dicho por email de volvemos a indicar por aqui: para la medida del pie la talla elegida es la correcta y si no queda bien no es debido a un error por nuestra parte. Jamás somos desagradables. Por favor no digan mentiras... es muy triste cuando una reseña negativa se enmascara con mentiras...
