Compré cuatro alpargatas en dos pedidos y tuve que devolver una de cada pedido. A pesar de ponerme en contacto con ellos y pedirles que la devolución no me la cobraran dos veces (por pertenecer cada devolución a dos pedidos distintos y a pesar de que la empresa de transportes se llevó las dos alpargatas en el mismo paquete y de una vez) y me dijeron que no. Así que tuve que pagar en total entre compras y devoluciones 20€. No les costaba nada y hubieran tenido contenta a un clienta. No volveré a comprar, no hubiera costado nada pero no quisieron.

Hola!
Gracias por su opinión.
Sin embargo no se trata de querer simplemente las devoluciones tienen el mismo coste para todos los clientes y son independientes en cada pedido.
La razón es muy sencilla.
En el primer pedido compró 2 esparteñas y devolvió una. Si hubiese comprado una solo hubiese pagado 4,95€ de gastos de envío.
En el segundo pedido hizo lo mismo, devolvió una y no pagó gastos de envío.
Tanto si hubiese pedido un par cada vez como si devuelve un par cada vez como ha pasado los gastos hubiesen sido los mismos: 9,90€
Le hemos realizado 2 envíos de ida y otro envío de vuelta.
En total 3 envíos.
Tenemos la opción de cambio de talla de 3€ pero no la solicitó ni nos contactó.
Cuando nos contactó ya tenia los dos pedidos en casa por lo que tuvo que solicitar la devolución.
Disculpe las molestias.
