De momento un cambio sin coste es inviable.
El transporte urgente cada vez es más caro.
El servicio cuesta 7€ de los cuales el cliente solo paga 3€.

A ver, como experiencia en cuanto a que no encontraba zapato respetuoso arregladito para semana santa, bien. Porque por lo general este tipo de zapatos parecen ortopédicos, y este es precioso. Ahora bien, medimos a conciencia el pie de la niña y aun asi le quedaban pequeños, y el cambio de talla nos ha costado 3€. En los tiempos que estamos, que cobren dinero x el cambio no lo entiendo porque la mayoria de las paginas no lo hacen y creemos que es algo que deberían valorar. Gracias.

El calzado mide lo que indicamos en la guía de tallas.
Cada empresa tiene su política de cambios y devoluciones.
La nuestra es clara y la tenemos bien visible.
Precisamente por los tiempos en los que estamos aún está más justificado el precio del cambio.
Son 3€ por cualquier cambio de pedido. El servicio cuesta 7€ y solo cobramos 3€. La mayoría de empresas de venta online no tienen opción a cambios y obligan a devolución con coste.

Estamos muy contentos. Después de 4 escolares diferentes con los que mi hija no llegaba a estar cómoda y algunos hasta le hicieron heridas, con este hemos acertado de lleno. Ella dice que va muy cómoda.

Hola. Muchas gracias por su comentario. Sin embargo creemos que la atención fue bastante bien. Contactó con nosotros y con la marca Crio’s. Le enviamos más de 5 fotografías de varios pares distintos para que eligiera uno porque el que le llegó no era de su agrado aún estando bien. La verdad es que creemos que hicimos todo lo posible para ayudarle. Aún así gracias.

Son muy blanditos, pero los zapatos tienen algun que otro defecto, una talonera es mayor que la otra, al ser piel nuestras merceditas el forro interior es diferente la textura de la piel…

Hola. Muchas gracias por su comentario. No entendemos porque exponen en los comentarios versiones distintas a las que nos dicen en redes sociales. Manifestó diferencias entre los 2 zapatos la cuales son totalmente normales por su proceso de fabricación artesanal. Le enviamos fotografías de diferentes ángulos de varios pares y nos pusimos en contacto con Crio’s. Le propusimos un cambio GRATUITO y finalmente decidió quedarse el producto. Aún así gracias por su comentario.
