Hola! Un zapato se puede rozar en 15 días o incluso en 5minutos. Son sandalias de piel natural blandita. Que un zapato se rompa y roce es señal de que el niño o niña juega (lo normal para la edad) o puede rozar hasta en el carro. Un roce es algo estético que con tinte se repara. Hola! De nuevo le decimos lo mismo. Los zapatos son para usarlos y para ir por el suelo. El roce es lo normal con el uso. Se pueden reparar con un simple tinte. Las costuras del zapato estaban rotas... por supuesto también del roce. Sentimos que no le haya gustado nuestra sinceridad pero no podemos cambiar un producto roto con el uso. Un saludo.
