Hola! Gracias por su opinión. Como pone en la web en cada ficha de producto y Términos y condiciones los cambios se pagan en artículos de menos de 19,95€. Las devoluciones se pagan siempre. Se lo indicamos por email al igual que lo hacemos por aquí.

La tela estaba manchada con el material que está hecha la suela. No lo consideran tara, te tienes que aguantar con ello.

Hola! De nuevo gracias por opinar!! La suela no mancha y el zapato no estaba tarado. Estaba en perfectas condiciones. Es más le propusimos cambiarlo ya que quería cambiar todos los productos de talla. Pero su intención era cambiar todos los zapatos de forma gratuita. Lo sentimos pero no fue posible.

Dan demasiada talla, por lo que tuve que devolverlas y por solicitar el cambio de talla te cobran gastos de "devolución", cuando es el mismo transportista el que lleva el nuevo pedido y se lleva el anterior.
Además una de ellas tenía restos del material con el que está hecha la suela y eso no lo consideran tara, te tienes que aguantar con ello.
Una gran decepción.

Gracias de nuevo! Las críticas constructivas son necesarias para crecer. Como bien indica tallan grandes por eso indicamos TALLAN GRANDES en l descripción del producto. También tenemos guía de tallas del producto en concreto. Si aún así no ha acertado con la talla no pasa nada, tenemos la opción de cambiar el producto. El transportista le llevó el producto a su casa en 24h. También le habríamos hecho el cambio en 24h. Insistió en el cambio gratuito y le dijimos que era posible si hacía un pedido nuevo. Después de más de 10 e-mails solicitó la devolución.
