Llevo varios años comprando en esta web y me ha ido bien hasta ahora. Realicé dos pedidos, casi seguidos, con diferentes tallas para luego no tener que cambiar tanto zapato, pues es difícil de acertar aún mirando las tallas. Cuando realicé la devolución indiqué que iba en un solo paquete y me han cobrado las devoluciones de los dos paquetes. Está en la política de devoluciones, fallo mío por no haberlo leído antes. Pero sabiendo que solo tienen un paquete que recoger y transportar, no entiendo como pueden cobrar por devolver dos paquetes cuando iba en un solo bulto. Me contestaron que lo valorarían, pero me han cobrado dos devoluciones, con lo que han perdido un cliente. Deberían estudiar un poco más los problemas que tienen con las devoluciones, si quieren crecer como empresa.

No tenemos ningún problema con las devoluciones, simplemente se le ha descontado lo que indicamos. Por lo tanto no entendemos la queja aún así lo explicamos por aquí más detenidamente.

Usted realizó dos pedidos.

Un pedido de 6 productos en el que devolvió 4

Otro pedido de 4 pares que devolvió 3

En total devolvió 7 pares y se quedó 3.

Estos 3 pares no sumaban 39,95€

Por lo tanto ha hecho 2 pedidos con dos envíos y solo ha pagado los 2 envíos de los pedidos. 4,95€ y 4,95€

Estoy encantada con todo el calzado de su marca Finitos. Muy buena calidad, respetuoso, ponible y a un precio asequible que para la familias, en los tiempos que corren es de agradecer.
También quería resaltar la buena atención hacia el cliente que tienen. Una vez tuve un problema con una talla y enseguida me lo resolvieron.
Ojalá sigan así, porque para mí esto es su esencia, siempre se lo recomiendo a todas las mamis.
