Buenos días,

Algunos botones de la caja fuerte no funcionan (las cuatro teclas de la parte izquierda, en sentido vertical). Asímismo, clickando 4 veces la tecla "0" para abrir la caja tampoco ha funcionado, es por ello por lo que no hemos podido abrir la caja ni cambiar la contraseña.
No sé si podríamos enviarles la caja para que hagan las correspondientes comprobaciones, y en su caso, nos puedan enviar otra que funcione correctamente, o bien nos indiquen de qué modo podemos proceder.

Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas, ya que hasta la fecha no ha habido ninguna incidencia con este producto.
Le informamos que dicho modelo está agotado, pero podemos tramitar la recogida y comprobación de su hucha para su correcto funcionamiento.
En el caso en que dicho artículo esté defectuoso, le ofrecemos la posibilidad de realizarle el cambio por el nuevo modelo (sin coste adicional, aunque su precio sea superior) o el reembolso del importe a la misma modalidad de pago, usted lo indicaría.
No obstante , en breve se pondrán en contacto con usted del departamento de postventa para agilizar la incidencia y poder resolverlo lo antes posible.
