El envío llegó en el plazo previsto y en perfectas condiciones. Lo único que no me gustó es que elegí uno de entre los regalos que me ofrecían y me llegó el que no había pedido. No me parece decisivo este detalle puesto que era un regalo pero ya que lo ofrecen, sería bueno escuchar al,cliente o dar una explicación.
