Todo muy bien. El servicio al cliente a través del chat excelente, resolviendo mis dudas sobre el envío.
La trufa llegó perfectamente y a tiempo con un embalaje bueno para mantener la frescura.

La calidad de la trufa es buena, buen aroma, buena forma, lo que me esperaba de una trufa de cultivo de Teruel. El problema en mi caso vino en el envío, me puse en contacto con la empresa y me aseguraron que pidiéndola el 23 la tendría disponible en mi domicilio el día 28. Al haberme dado esa seguridad opté por su empresa y no otra que me aseguraba que el día 25 la tendría en mi domicilio.
En fin, no fue hasta el día 31 a las 12 de la mañana cuando recibí mi tan deseada trufa.
El problema fue que he dejado a mis invitados sin probar el sabor de las trufas y me que me llegó una trufa con 8 días a casa.
